Jr. SAP Support Analyst needed for a PERMANENT position working hybrid 3 to 4 days onsite in Raleigh, NC and otherwise remote from home.

Required Experience/Attributes:

• SAP modules such as FICO or PTP or P2P or (Finance or Financial Accounting or Controlling or Procedure to Pay).

• Customer Service, or Technical Support, or Call Center, or Help Desk, or Trouble Ticket management

• Service Now – willingness to learn

• S/4 HANA – willingness to learn

• SAP FICO Configuration – willingness to learn

• SAP EDI Processing – willingness to learn

• SAP Fiori and Security Role Maintenance – willingness to learn

• SAP User Maintenance Experience - willingness to learn

• SAP Procure to Pay processes

Position Overview

This resource will act as a 1st level production support person for the Finance Backoffice team. Will be responsible for managing incident and request tickets submitted by the business via Service Now. Will work with the business to resolve all issues and escalate to the Business Analysts, Sr Business Analysts, and/or IT as required. Will also be included in various Business Applications projects for testing and documentation creation.
