The SAP Security Analyst is responsible for performing day-to-day SAP system security design, implementation, configuration, and administration across all areas of SAP as well as providing production support and project lifecycle support. Works closely with team members, end users, and other IT departments to design, implement, support, and maintain Application security and security policies that supports Smithfield General IT Controls (GITC) and business. As a member on the IT access control team, the SAP Security Analyst will participate in day-to-day support and audit activities as well as cross training between team members. Provides security and integrity to Smithfield’s SAP and related environments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
- Experience in SAP security design and implementation with may include SAP ECC, BW, SCM, PI/PO, Portals, TM, BOBJ, Redwood and HANA.
- Experience with configuring, implementing and supporting all four components of GRC Access Control 10.x (RAR, CUP, ERM & SPM) including all BASIS activities, emphasis on Segregation of Duty (SoD).
- Previous experience with Identity Management technology and concepts and GRC workflow configuration and processes.
- Solid analytical skills, experience solving practical issues and engaging cross functional teams of multiple process partners to gain consensus
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with peers and executive leadership.
- Strong leadership and management skills that align with the Smithfield culture. Specific skills include facilitating change, driving operational excellence, and striving for continuous improvement.
- Experience with project management.
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
