Key Responsibilities:
The Analyst plays a critical role in this program by developing subject matter expertise on specific functions and the related new software capabilities within the SAP Hybris Commerce, Sitecore, or SAP Self-Service Accelerator (SEW SSA) in order to support the development of a digital self-service and commerce solution. Functional development includes defining common future state customer journeys and business processes across jurisdictions, defining detailed business requirements, creating functional designs of new software components, ensuring alignment between user experience (UX) design and back end components, configuring the software, defining testing scenarios, and executing test scripts.
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience
• Experience or knowledge of customer service, digital marketing, merchandising, or customer experience functions and processes
• Experience with SAP Hybris Commerce, Sitecore, or SAP Self-Service Accelerator (SEW SSA)
• Experience with defining and executing a customer experience vision across digital channels (omni-channel)
• Experience in data/process analysis and problem-solving
• Experience working in a project environment
• Project management or process improvement experience
• Proficient in MS Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
