Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, IT Analyst/Configurator - Hybris E-Commerce (SAP), Elyria, OH – Participate as a core member of the Application team in configuring Hybris E-Commerce platform with a minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations including extensive organizational change management. Participate with multiple SAP teams in working with the Integration of SAP SD module and with various 3rd party systems required for Hybris E-Commerce projects. Define together with sales and marketing department business requirements, potential solutions and use cases for E-Commerce implementations. Support organizational change management in business department for E-Commerce tool. Develop and perform project marketing initiatives. Research, Analyze and Report program ROI and advise on programs going forward. Partner with the business team to provide work estimates, develop functional design specifications, configure relevant applications, testing, training and developing documentation to efficiently support those needs. Create, write and implement business process and requirements. Facilitate client requirements gathering by utilizing ITIL practices. Organize concept and design iterative reviews and maintains project documentation. Design, develop and Support data migration, technical interfaces and report use cases. Develop functional and technical specifications to facilitate programming for the development team. Work with Global E-Commerce teams coordinating all system changes and releases. Perform project management activities including leading daily and weekly client status meetings utilizing status reports and agendas, and maintaining issue logs. Participate in the resolution of production problems. Ensure IT administration and support of CRM/e-commerce. Participate on process or continuous improvement teams utilizing Six Sigma tools and methodologies. Possess configuration and application knowledge of SAP Hybris E-Commerce both in B2B and B2C industries and provide production support for the business teams 24/7.
