The candidate must have strong communication skills, demonstrating their ability to successfully collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Solution Architects, Release Managers, Support teams and various levels of business and IT Management. They must be flexible and manage their time wisely while also demonstrating a strong sense of urgency on critical issues.

ROLE

  • Executes against project plans and delivers assignments within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Adopts and adapts to newly approved technologies, programming languages, tools, and standards.
  • Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, including the ability to estimate work needed.
  • Assesses functional and nonfunctional requirements and creates designs to meet both business and technical needs.
  • Creates conceptual and detailed technical design documents.
  • Provides implementation expertise contributing to rollback, post install, data migration, and other artifacts as required including creation of support plans.
  • Adheres to security management practices and promotes established security standards.
  • Works with diagrams and documents the orchestration system solutions, configurations, break/fix procedures.
  • Troubleshoots and solves code level problems quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Creates automated unit and integration tests in their local environments after code development.
  • Provides specific, relevant reporting for stakeholders in support of root cause analysis on critical issues.
  • Adheres to the Change Management processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

IT Analyst and Architect -SAP Sales & Distribution

Must Have:SAP S/4HANA / ECC (6.0) experience

Desired:SAP ABAP

  • Work with internal and external partners to understand requests, gather requirements, perform ROI and risk analysis
  • Design and build SAP SD solutions
  • Perform maintenance and support of SAP SD modules
  • Create test scripts and drive integration and regression testing
  • Successfully handle multiple issues and tasks, completing them on time, on budget while exceeding expectations
  • Ensure technical solutions maintain design integrity, adhere to functional designs, and meet business needs
  • Ensure, where possible, global solutions are scalable
  • Seek opportunities to develop and maintain knowledge of business processes, application functionality, and configuration
  • Recommend operational continuous improvement opportunities, service efficiency initiatives, and business process improvement to better serve business needs
  • Make recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the application
  • Manage global and local SAP SD projects
  • Work closely with other team members, locally and globally, with proactive sharing of expertise, to improve and ensure team success

  • Provide feedback on team members' performance

  • 7+ years enterprise-level architecture and/or programming experience.
  • Experience in leading small and large projects with many team members within IT and the business.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA, ECC 6.0 SD functionality, 7+ years and 2 full life cycle implementations desired
  • Hands on development experience in ABAP, Web Dynpro, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts
  • Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) related Master Data
  • Experience with pricing, rebates, agreements
  • Experience with end-user support for SAP SD, providing a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Experience performing data loads using list management and/or LSMW.
  • Demonstrated experience with large Enterprise ERP implementations in the areas of technical design specification, development, and knowledge transfer.
  • Basic understanding of SAP core modules Finance & Controlling (FICO) , Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM) and manufacturing and consumer products business processes
  • Travel, domestic and international, up to 10% normally, with projects up to 25%.

Beneficial skills

  • Experience with functional design and configuration of SAP CRM, Trade Promotion Management
  • Exposure to SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) and Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
  • Migration to S/4HANA experience
  • Integration of TPM with S4
  • Basic understanding of SAP BW system and query design
  • Good understanding of business processes including, but not limited to sales, customer service, and marketing
  • Basic project management understanding
  • SAP project implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Recommended

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
