As an Industrial Engineer Sr Staff supporting the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Greenville Industrial Engineering department, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise to the Industrial Engineering team regarding the use of several systems and will be the primary point of contact for various tasks related to systems setup and maintenance. Specific responsibilities include:
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding systems including SAP, Shop Floor Manager (SFM), Electronic Crew Manager (ECM), Supervisor Toolkit (STK), Engineered Time Standards (ETS), Computer-Aided Process Planning (CAPP), and more.
- Provide front-end systems expertise alongside internal Data Analysts' back-end systems knowledge to develop reporting and tools for the Industrial Engineering team to reduce and eliminate work.
- Be the point of contact for system setup and maintenance tasks such as creating new SAP projects, updating and creating work centers, uploading and troubleshooting weekly schedule loads, working cross-functionally to update SAP planning, managing orders moving from planned to production, etc. Must be a United States (US) citizen. Basic Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience using SAP and other related software in a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in related field - Experience in software commonly used by Manufacturing Industrial Engineers including labor standards maintenance, crew management, and manufacturing execution systems
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- Strong proficiency in SAP including knowledge of SAP project hierarchy, scheduling, and labor standards
- Experience as a Manufacturing Industrial Engineer supporting a production floor operation
- Experience as a subject matter expert for SAP and other software used in manufacturing
- Understanding of data architecture in SAP and other systems that would assist with reporting and tool development by Data Analysts
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
