Position Summary
We are looking for an accomplished and/or self-motivated HRIS Support Administrator to work supporting SAP Success Factors. As a MERS Goodwill Applications Team member, the SAP Human Resource Support Specialist will interact and work closely with Human Resources as a functional support point of contact for SAP Success Factors. In addition, this position will serve as the technical contact for assigned functional areas and assist subject matter experts with systems administration work, including data validation, testing of system changes, performing audits, identifying process improvement opportunities, and special ad-hoc requests. You will be an integral part of the team and help drive the successful implementation of SuccessFactors go-live and ongoing platform support. If you collaborate well and have a strong sense of self-direction, you will thrive here, as you will be the technical and functional point of contact for the HR and IS teams.
HRIS Support Administrator will need to demonstrate clear value to the business by executing against key objectives through partnership/collaboration with key MERS Goodwill stakeholders and SMEs in HR. You will be one of our Subject Matter Experts for SAP-specific modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc. The position works out of downtown St. Louis headquarters at 1727 Locust Street, St. Louis, MO 63103.
Job Duties
- Manage technical/functional HR tasks, including researching, designing enhancement opportunities, user accessibility, content updates, and data quality
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to internal HR customers on the HR management system
- Design and create HR reports or dashboards within SAP Success Factors
- Develop and conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
- Interact with end users to understand business requirements, prepare functional specifications, create documents, and test solutions
- Identify enhancement opportunities and support HR projects to improve the HR user experience
- Identify how changes to the configuration will impact end-user experience
- Develop test scripts, design testing requirements, and conduct system testing
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources (or related field) or a combination of education and relevant work experience
- Required experience in the Employee Central and Payroll modules of SAP SuccessFactors System, but would prefer experience in all modules, including Performance, Goal Management, Recruiting and Onboarding, Learning, and Succession Planning.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization - to both technical and business audiences; excellent documentation and written communication skills (SOP manuals, workbook updates, creating support tickets, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong rapport with customers and colleagues
- Collaborative team player with a focus on building cooperative relationships
- Proven ability to empathize and actively listen to customer concerns, ensuring optimal problem resolution
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years' experience in the Employee Central and Payroll modules of SAP SuccessFactors System
