POSITION: SAP HR SYSTEMS ANALYST

REPORTS TO: SAP SOLUTIONS DIRECTOR

STATUS: FULL TIME/ EXEMPT

LOCATION: HOUSTON, TEXAS

Position Description
Support buildout of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems including SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, integration with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, Payroll and Benefits providers via HANA Cloud Integration, API, or Boomi Interface. This position will be a key stakeholder in the initial and continuous buildout of the HCM landscape starting with a companywide SuccessFactors and Workforce Software implementation program. This position will be responsible for managing the HCM system landscape, including system enhancements, upgrades and production support. All purchasing decisions are approved by the VP, Information Technology with input from other members of the IT team.

Essential Functions & Duties/Responsibilities
* Managing and hands-on configuration of SuccessFactors and Workforce Software environment and system landscape
* Supporting integration of SuccessFactors and Workforce Software with other systems including SAP ECC S/4 HANA, Concur, ADP, etc.
* Extensive knowledge of Success Factors including Core HR, Onboarding and Performance and Goals
* Work closely with Management, project sponsors and other business analysts to assist in determining project scope and implementation approach, gathering business requirements and architecting HR Business process solutions
* Develop process diagrams, use cases, test plans, and training documentation
* Perform system testing; facilitate user acceptance testing and application demonstrations
* Support employee data conversion
* Support SuccessFactors including updating configuration tables
* Document requirements for configuring SuccessFactors enhancements or new functionality
* Resolve and support production support tickets and year-end activities in Success Factors and Workforce Software Ensure that solutions are integrated to minimize the company's application blueprint
* Work with vendors and 3rd party contractors when required to accomplish tasks.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience
Minimum Required:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

* 2+ years Job experience implementing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
* Foundational knowledge on HCM business processes within SAP and SuccessFactors
* Job experience implementing Workforce Software a plus
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
* Strong experience and knowledge of HCM work practices, culture and skill proficiencies
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Big picture/long term perspective of the enterprise and SAP systems
* Keenness and ability to learn new skills and abilities outside the existing job description
* Solution implementation experience: requirements gathering, implementation, testing, business acceptance, go-live, and support

HSE Roles and Responsibilities
Support the policies, efforts and programs of the Freeport LNG Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. Actively participate in the HSE Management System Policies. Ensure that HSE concerns are given priority in all activities completed within their area of responsibility. Implement routine inspections to ensure safe operating conditions.
