Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future S upport the United States Air Force's 53rd Wing Technical Support Services (53rd WTSS) contract. This contract supports the 53rd Wing and 96th Test Wing, both headquartered at Eglin AFB, FL and having units CONUS-wide. The 53 WG is the focal point for the Combat Air Forces in electronic warfare and is responsible for operational test and evaluation of advanced equipment and systems. The 96 TW is the USAF's test and evaluation center for advanced air-delivered weapons, navigation, and guidance systems, and C2 systems. The 53rd WTSS team partners with military and civilian personnel to provide world-class IT technical support for the 53 WG and 96 TW missions. The 53rd WTSS IT support covers full lifecycle IT from concept, to deployment, day-to-day operations / maintenance, and culminating in system retirement / replacement / upgrade. * Whiteman AFB Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Conducting initial and annual security training for assigned personnel, annual self-inspections/reviews, and staff assistance visits. * Indoctrinate new personnel; debrief personnel when access approvals removed. * Provide annual / recurring security training to all briefed unit personnel. * Serve as key adviser to unit leadership on PERSEC matters and/or SAP access requirements / qualifications / restrictions. * Develop and maintain comprehensive security standard operating procedures outlining the security policies/guidance for conducting classified activities within special access program facilities (SAPF) / sensitive compartmented information facilities. * Identify, report, and document security incidents in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1-4, the Intelligence Community Directives, and applicable service regulations / instructions for collateral requirements. * Provide overall SAP security administration and management and performing duties outlined in the DoDM 5205-series regulations. * Serve as the primary focal point within the USG facility. * Serve as Top Secret Control Officer duties, if appointed. * Reviewing system security plans and other documents developed pertaining to unit security; administers all SAP Nomination Packages. * Maintain personnel security folders on all individuals. * Maintain all facility / physical security accreditations for each assigned SAPF. Basic Qualifications: * A minimum of 5 years relevant/direct experience within PERSEC supporting SAP / SAPF. * Formal training and/or direct experience with SAP and SAPF security program administration. * Practical/working knowledge and application experience with the DoDM 5205.07 series.? * Knowledge of Air Force computer, personnel security, and facility directives (specifically JSIG and DCID documents). Preferred Qualifications: * Active/valid Security Professional Education Development (SPED) certification. * Practical experience accrediting a SAPF / SCIF (e.g. completing / staffing the fixed facility checklist (FFC) and other supporting documents). Required Clearance: * Active/valid TS/SCI-eligible clearance (i.e. DCID 6/4 eligibility); applicant must maintain clearance in active/valid status. * Clearance investigation close date must be no older than 5 years, 6 months at the time of application. * Must be willing to submit to, and be able to pass, a CI polygraph. #B53 For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
