Your Future Role

The Global Head of Operations, Customer Success Services for SAP Business Network is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to drive the successful implementation of programs and projects that are aligned with our organizations missions and goals. You will work in close partnership with the Global Head of Customer Success Services for SAP Business Network and other senior leaders to develop and execute organizational & operational plans to optimize Services delivery outcomes for Customers, provide personal & career growth opportunities for our People and drive revenue growth for our Business.

You will lead a highly talented team of Subject Matter Experts that will support the rest of the global organization in developing and implementing delivery frameworks for new Business Network solutions, procedures and leading practices to optimize & standardize global operational efficiency & effectiveness across all functional delivery groups in the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Leadership & Global Organization Operational Support

  • Play pivotal role in operationalizing strategic plans / roadmaps.

  • Implement and/or oversee monitoring frameworks, policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Indicators to ensure high & consistent organization performance, so that we can scale for growth.

Operational Performance & Effective Resource Allocation

  • Empower your Subject Matter Expert and Program Management resources with leadership, resources and support for successful execution of strategic programs & critical projects.

  • Support and guide global/regional functional teams towards achieving strategic objectives.

  • Measure & report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement & development action plans.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Interact & collaborate with organization & company-wide stakeholders to drive joint business outcomes.

Your Experience

As the Global Head of Operations, you will play a vital role in driving organization success and transformation, overseeing & supporting global operations. Your expertise in operations management, complex program management, execution of strategy and business transformation, organization change management will be very valuable in supporting the organization towards achieving its vision, mission and goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading an operations function for a large and complex global Professional Services business within high growth cloud software companies. 15 years of experience including at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role in a high performing Professional Services organization.

  • Operational Expertise: Familiarity with operational procedures at all levels of the organization to ensure efficiency.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Creative and Inspirational Leadership: Ability to bring innovative ideas and inspire employees to reach their full potential.

  • Integrity and Resilience: Demonstrated personal integrity and the ability to make tough decisions with resolve.

  • Business Planning & Business Acumen: Proficiency in strategic planning and navigating different global region business requirements.

  • Data Analysis and Performance Metrics: Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and using metrics for improvement.

  • Problem Diagnosis and Anticipation: Proactive mindset to quickly diagnose problems and anticipate issues.

  • Organization Change Management experience.

  • Proven Business Transformation experience.

  • This position is open to candidates from North America only. Relocation is not offered for this role.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 146000 - 326100 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
