RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Functional SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SME in Parsippany, NJ.

The Functional SAP Solution Manager position would be responsible for the following:

• The Functional SAP Solution Manager will assist in defining a roadmap for implementation of Solution Manager 7.2 based on current operations and future opportunities
• Act as Lead / Liaison to IT during project to implement new instance of Solution Manager 7.2 and provide key input to the ongoing use / future opportunities for additional use
• The Functional SAP Solution Manager will gather requirements considering current 7.1 usage, with best practice recommendations for a fresh 7.2 environment including (but not limited to) ITSM, CHARM, Release Management, Projects, Test Suite, Solution Documentation, Technical Operations, and Focused Insights
• Design End to End Solution based on Requirements Gathering and best practices recommendations
• Implement Solution Manager 7.2 as the functional configuration lead
• The Functional SAP Solution Manager will integrate the Solution Manager with any required systems such as TOSCA, TREX
• Identify Best Practice KPIs across all modules of Solution Manager
• Work with various PBF Teams such as Security, Basis, and Infrastructure for implementation and support
• Complete End to End testing and document results
• Identify mitigation strategy for historical 7.1 reporting
• Complete solution documentation and training
• Guide and assist team with Test Script automation in CBTA / TOSCA
• Identify gaps and present recommendations for resolution either through Business Process changes or customization
• Define ongoing and maintenance activities to monitor usage and application of business process/best practices
• Transition any applicable areas to support
