**About SAP Digital Experiences**
As a product and UI/UX designer, you will help in defining and designing the future of SAPs digital user experience on SAP.com and SAP Store within an agile, interdisciplinary, and international environment.In addition to your resume, please include a link to your digital portfolio.
+ Assist in defining the end-to-end user experience design activities for your assigned features, from strategy to implementation.
+ Contribute to visioning and requirements engineering activities for your feature, focused on meeting the KPIs defined for your feature and System Usability Scale (SUS) of 75 or higher.
+ Convert and communicate user needs via design artifacts like journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications.
+ Develop and maintain a roadmap for your assigned features that balance user needs, technical effort, and business impact.
+ Close collaboration with our market research, usability research, and optimization teams to ensure that user experience expectations are met.
+ Strong collaboration with business process owners, technical product owners, software developers, and other stakeholders.
+ Proactive about learning and enhancing design skills under the guidance of senior designers.
+ Work in a diverse and global team.
**Education and Experience** **Required:**
+ Bachelors degree in Human Computer Interaction-related field
+ 1 years of agency experience
+ 2-3years of experience in hands-on user experience, with progressive growth in responsibilities, represented in digital portfolio
+ Experience with wide array of design processes, frameworks, and methodologies, represented in digital portfolio
+ Experience with responsive design
+ Experience with A/B and multi-variate testing
+ Experience evolving design systems and standards
+ Experience working in an agile environment
+ Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation
+ Excellent English language skills (verbal and written communication)
**Education and Experience** **Desired:**
+ MBA or Masters in Visual or Information Design-related field
+ Experience in graphic design and visual asset production
+ Experience in interaction and motion design
+ Experience working on a digital marketplace, large eCommerce site, or large digital media platforms/websites
+ Experience with product merchandising, personalization, and syndication
+ Experience with HTML/CSS/JS
**Other Things to Note:**
+ UX designers on this team are currently based in Walldorf (Germany), East and West Coast of Americas. Preferred location of candidate will be New York City.
+ Candidates must be proficient: Figma (and FigJam), Sketch, Photoshop, Mural, Zeplin, and InVision.
+ Expected Travel: 0%-20%
