Financial SAP Automation Specialist

As a Financial SAP Automation Specialist, you will be a driving force in revolutionizing our financial processes by combining your expertise in SAP systems with advanced automation tools. Your role will encompass designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline financial workflows, enhance data analysis, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to identify, assess, and prioritize financial processes suitable for automation within the SAP environment.
• Leverage your proficiency in SAP Financial modules to integrate financial data and processes seamlessly, ensuring accurate and efficient automation solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using SAP Automation tools (e.g., SAP Intelligent RPA) to automate manual tasks, data entry, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance checks. Self-Learner of SAP Build application that was just released.
• Leverage your proficiency in SAP Financial modules to integrate financial data and processes seamlessly, ensuring accurate and efficient automation solutions.
• Utilize Machine Learning and AI techniques to analyze financial data, detect anomalies, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights to finance stakeholders.
• Analyze current financial workflows, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose innovative automation strategies to enhance financial operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, design automation workflows, and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of automation solutions, proactively addressing any issues and continuously improving the efficiency of financial processes.
• Leads projects and helps set strategic direction for automation for the Finance IT Department

Requirements:

• 5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Financial modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ERP Financials).
• Proficiency in SAP Automation tools (e.g., SAP Intelligent RPA / SAP Build) and other automation technologies such as RPA (e.g., UIPath, Automation Anywhere), Machine Learning frameworks, and AI tools.
• Ability to learn SAP Signavio and SAP Build which is SAP's process mining tool and application development tool. Prior experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and design innovative automation solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with finance and technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex financial requirements into technical automation solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
