Company Description

As the ERP Functional Analyst, you will collaborates with Red Bull North America's (RBNA) Operations, Sales and Trade Finance Department and will use fact-based analyses and insights to use existing SAP solutions to support our business. You will work on supply chain projects to further improve processes and tools. You will report to the IT Manager, Logistics and Supply Chain, and be located in Santa Monica, California.

Job Description

SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESSES

Be the IT SME for demand and supply network planning processes affecting our organization.

Understand process steps and data flows end to end across involved systems.

Collaborate with architects to design, implement, and steadily improve our execution processes on systems side.

Manage enhancements from requirements engineering to implementation and go live.

Provide support for issues appearing in the communication or processing of data.

PLANNING SYSTEMS

Drive Supply Chain projects using SAP APO & SAP IBP solution

Collaborate with local and global partners to improve existing processes in Demand and Supply Network Planning.

Understand possible effects to other departments and align requirements on the IT side. Provide guidance and monitoring.

VMI

Enhance vendor managed inventory (VMI) solutions for our distribution company and for 3rd party distributors

Collaborate with partners to develop additional functionalities

Roll out solution to defined set of 3rd party distributors

INTEGRATION

Integrate of planning outputs into transactional systems

Verify technical integration and trace results across systems

Collaborate with functional specialists to integrate external partners where applicable

REPORTING

Collaborate with reporting team and act as a SME for planning processes and data sources on the transactional system

SUPPORT

Provide regarding system support for departments.

Troubleshoot issues linked to applications for our beverage and distribution business.

Provide documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement, lead projects arising from findings.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in a functional IT role

3+ years of experience in SAP ERP or SAP S/4 with focus on MM

2+ years of experience in SAP APO or IBP

In-depth knowledge of relevant supply chain business processes

Project management skills (Agile and waterfall)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $128,250 to $141,750 + cash incentives

Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
