It’s a remote direct hire role. Title: *Enterprise Application Manager -* SAP S/4 HANALocation: Remote/Anywhere in the USAClient Industry: Financial ServicesDirect Hire, Full Time with great benefits and relocation supportTravel up to 10%, domestic JOB OVERVIEWFacilitating enterprise implementation engagement and related deployment for around 500 users to deliver cloud-based business applications, such as, SAP S/4 HANA (ERP), SAP Analytics Cloud (Reporting/Analytics), Coupa, Prima XL and Dayforce.Making systems/processes more efficient, reduce manual work, and enable data driven decisions.Managing projects and associated resources, vendors and fundingCreating staffing plans for internal and consulting resourcesManaging relationships with third party consulting and software vendorsEnsuring the uptime/availability of all business applications, and lead the team through outage/recovery situations when necessaryWorking with the security and compliance team to make sure the systems that are being implemented are compliant and secure, adhering to processes/procedures in place SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITES10+ Years of Techno-Functional Consulting Experience deploying customized business applicationsDeep knowledge of Financial cloud-based business applications and related business processesTechno-Functional Consulting experience implementing and configurating SAP S/4 HANA Multi-Tenant Cloud.Experience with Reporting, SAP Analytics or/and CoupaExpert business process design skills with a strong attention to detailRecent experience optimizing financial systems and processes; including hire to retire and procure to pay functionsExperience presenting to execs and the larger organization on business systems activitiesExperience with SOX and the controls of a public company.Experience integrating, migrating and configurating systems during M&A. PREFERRED:Deep knowledge of Reinsurance business practices.Experience implementing Prima XL and/or Dayforce Interested in this role?
