This is an exciting time to join *** Engineering Hardware Management Team (EHMT). This role is an SAP Specialist and is part of an engineering team that is shaping the future of *** Mechanical products working on multiple new development programs at multiple sites. Candidate will create SAP demand entry, resolve SAP issues, work with engineering groups, new product sourcing, suppliers and manufacturing. Candidate will also develop training material and provide training to new Engineering Material Coordinators (EMC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop SAP training material and train new EMC staff

• Provide training to new Engineering Material Coordinators

• Generate and manage hardware orders within SAP

• Create Project hardware demand in CJ20N

• Create SAP demand for current production re-use hardware

• Request material masters

• Resolve SAP entry issues

• Create Engineering Sales Order or Reservation in SAP

• Verify Sales Order accuracy and resolve issues

• Consignment: Plan piece part req's based on top level requirement

• Create indirect demand (text PO/Compass orders / etc.)

• Track progress and drive completion of in-process work requests

• Document and publish lessons learned

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 5 years related experience will be considered.

• 3-5 years' experience in SAP

• 2+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good communications skills and be able to work well in a team environment

• Responsive; service mentality; achieves quality results

• Due to ITAR and software requirements, candidate must be US Citizen.

Additional Qualifications:

• Adept at SAP problem solving

• Teamcenter

• Knowledge of Gas Turbine Hardware, ECS, Actuation and Valve products

• Knowledge of Aerospace Component procurement
