Please send resumes to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]. ? Manage IT vendor relationships with EDI VAN providers and eCommerce Portal partners. ? Manage Technical relationships with customers and vendors as related to eCommerce transactions. ? Work with SAP Business Systems analysts and business users to determine business requirements and perform system changes as required by the business. ? Perform EDI mapping for new B2B partners and EDI monitoring for existing B2B partners. ? Follow best practices in development methodology. Document changes in EDI maps as required by IT Change Management Policies and Procedures. ? Build new Enterprise Service Repository (ESR) and Integration Directory objects and modify existing ones ? Proven experience with multiple data transfer methods such as VAN, FTP / SFTP (with PGP), REST, SOAP and AS2 using the SAP B2B connector. ? Proven experience working with Portal partners to process POS data from customer retail locations. ? Provide guidance on support, monitoring, and troubleshooting SAP PI / PO production issues, optimizing performance, and resolving production issues based on previous experience and best practices. ? Provide 24x7 on call support, as necessary. ? Recommend new hardware and software solutions to keep the company up-to-date on ecommerce and data integration technology.
