What You'll Be Doing:

The Director of SAP Solutions is responsible for successfully delivering SAP technology projects to the overall Samsonite Business.  The Director will manage all North America SAP resources and will be integral to the success of overall regional and corporate SAP projects.  This person will have responsibility to interact with managed service providers and vendors as needed.  This role will be the SAP expert driving the company to achieve all goals within the SAP environment.  You will work on-site 4 days per week with the opportunity to work remotely one day per week.
Advise Senior Management regarding the SAP modules and environment.
Manage SAP resources and work with consultant companies when required.
Manage entire application lifecycle management process.
Manage SAP projects, setting and communicating goals, and achieving them efficiently.
Identify solutions and automations that will increase user efficiency.
Work with the IT team to provide solutions to user community as needed.
Work collaboratively with business users as needed.

We're Excited If You Have:

7+ years’ experience working with SAP required.
5+ years managing SAP resources required.
BS/BA in related field required.
Project Management certificate or experience required.
Retail, eCommerce, or Wholesale industry experience preferred.
Ability to drive projects to successful conclusion on time and on budget.
Ability to present projects and status to Senior Management.
Ideal candidate will have supported various SAP Applications in the past which includes: Finance, Logistics, Sales & Distribution.
S4/Hana for Fashion not required but is also a plus.
