Business Process Engineer & Senior SAP Business Analyst

Work with business process owners to map and document end to end business processes. Identify measurable Key Performance Indicators for those processes. Develop suggestions for simplifying and improving business processes, with a focus on the underlying ERP business systems (SAP), especially in the supply chain processes of quote to cash (SD and LE), procure to pay (MM), and plan to produce manufacturing (PP), and the associated master data objects, including material master, customer master, vendor master, and bills of material. Based on process maps and in order to improve process KPIs, integrate business processes with those of our partners in order to simplify and automate them, using Enterprise Application Interface tools. After identifying the business requirements, convert them to functional and technical specifications for the underlying SAP business systems. Configure SAP to meet the requirements.

Business Process Engineer & Senior SAP Business Analyst

Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Related field.

Requires progressive post-Bachelor's experience (5 years with Bachelor's degree; 2 years with Master's degree) which must include experience with: SAP Logistics Modules;  Process Mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio; Two full cycle SAP implementations within in a multi-country environment; and Experience with an Enterprise Application Interface tool.
