We are the premier vendor for some of the most prestigious companies in the Wisconsin area. We have partnered together with a local Utilities/Energy company to find a Business Process Analyst/Master Data (SAP) to join their team in Wisconsin.

Title: Business Process Analyst/Master Data (SAP)

We are looking for someone who can gather business requirements, troubleshoot user issues, evaluate solutions and work with a team to develop, install and train on solutions. We are looking for someone with development and troubleshooting experience. We are looking ideally for more work management or computerized maintenance management experience. Master data entry and manipulation is something this group supports.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include mining data, running SAP reports, correcting master data and daily SAP tasks

This position will also monitor backlog clean-up efforts and ensure data readiness

Assists with information gathering and communication of new and revised procedures. Utilize tools to capture, analyze, and to report information efficiently

Effectively communicate within cross-functional project teams and provide updates as requested by Supervisor

Perform functional testing for support packs and enhancements

Monitor software applications, document and analyze problems, and publish maintenance and release schedule to end users

Maintain user accounts

Maintain system documentation (customized training materials)

Interact with users and evaluate software application productions, solutions and functionalities

Provide advice and training to end-users and power users

Troubleshoot, and resolve any reported problems

Provide application performance tuning (implementing new functionality, updating existing solutions to match new use cases or new requirements)

Enable and shares best practices

Implement process automation where feasible

Work closely with software applications to continuously improve solutions and adoption

Provide first and second level of technical support

Lead and participate in efforts to develop and implement processes for application

Lead and participate in efforts to implement application updates (provide feedback to vendor on enhancements and updates; participates in beta programs etc.)

Develop work plans and track/report status of assigned projects/tasks

Liaise with internal IT groups on all support issues

Attend webinars on new releases and functionality

Create new training material

Work with SME to design and implement new solutions/update existing solutions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Strong process analysis, excellent conceptual, strategic thinking and business analysis skills.

Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills with ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

SAP Plant Maintenance Knowledge

SAP Business Objects toolset knowledge

Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly.

Understands business function related to the application.

Experience with Excel is required.

Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.

Display and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methods.

Excellent verbal, written communication, and negotiations skills.
