Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst SAP Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) to become an integral part of our team In our company, the Business Analyst is a vital link between business needs and existing information technology capabilities. The ideal candidate can conceptualize the gaps between current and future state scenarios, and can effectively articulate in both verbal and written communications, how to bridge these gaps with solutions that will help our clients to achieve their goals Responsibilities: Gather functional and non-functional requirements and draft user stories using the Agile/Scrum methodology Define and articulate product features, configuration, specifications, and user stories Draft, update and track user stories Ensure that both customer stakeholders and project stakeholders are aligned on the requirements Look out for ways to improve monitoring, discovering issues, and presenting it all to the customer Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting Work with QA team, Project Managers and developers to ensure alignment with client requirements Monitor project progress by tracking development activity, resolving bottlenecks, and publishing status reports Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams Participate in product development, testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-implementation support Learn the client's business as a subject matter expert Develop an understanding of the features, capabilities, and limitations of SAP CPQ Communicate with senior management and clients regarding project progress in writing and daily meetings Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience) Previous experience with project management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and ALM Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organized with excellent time-management skills Microsoft Excel proficiency is required SAP Sales Cloud experience is a plus Salesforce.com experience is a plus Salary commensurate with experience.
