JOB SUMMARY:

Provide configuration and ad hoc/custom reporting capabilities to the business units. Work with SAP end users and process owners to understand ongoing process requirements (changes, modifications, improvements). Responsibilities are focused on Customer Service related business areas focusing in the Device Management area which includes but is not limited to SAP and Click.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Support the configuration, maintenance, workflow, integration and enhancement of SAP software applications within project deadlines, including scope definition, requirements definition, research, business area analysis, data and processes modeling, specification preparations, estimating and testing. 2. Provides daily operation support of application systems in accordance with established standards and procedures, including the monitoring, exception reporting and resolution of problems in the production operation, communicating with internal business areas, external service providers and other IT areas. This included phone or on-site support, support of help desk and support of business areas. 3. Maintains and updates relevant documentation including Business Process Procedures (BPPs), reference materials, training materials. 4. Plans security access role change scope, review, test and approval. 5. Change request/transport review and approval. 6. Designs, configures and debugs related master data in order to maintain data requirements for interfaces. 7. Provides support of business process and issues in the functional areas of Customer Service. 8. Approved changes to be performed by SAP IT Support. 9. Investigates the use of available SAP functionality not currently being utilized.

10. Develop and execute test plans to support positive, negative and regression testing scenarios to ensure changes are tested appropriately to assure system integrity and critical systems availability targets. 11. Develop scope of work documents and design specifications to support modifications to SAP systems, interfaces and custom reporting solutions. 12. Understanding of business process and issues in one or more of the following functional areas; billing or credit and collection, device management, or call center.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Skills/Abilities: - Able to work with others to design effective process/system solutions. - Project management support skills. - Ability to research problems and find solutions

Experience/Training:

- 3 - 5 years of professional experience. - Solid understanding of customer data and prior experience with developing complex reports, data management and performance tuning. - Extensive understanding of Customer Service related business processes. - Knowledge of device management functionality preferred - Knowledge of meter reading functionality preferred - Strong Microsoft Office skills preferred

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
