This position is responsible for working closely with Global SAP IBP Business Process organization as a core member of Global SAP Production Planning team assisting in planning activities, providing work estimates, developing functional design specifications, configuring SAP IBP modules, testing, training, and developing documentation.

• Provide analysis and support for IT projects relative to SAP IBP. These projects could include configuration and implementation of the IBP Sales and Operations, IBP Demand, IBP Response and Supply and IBP Inventory modules and processes.
• Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and Go Live of business implementation projects in harmony with other functional areas
• Provide support of SAP IBP modules including support and testing of incidents, continuous improvements, releases, enhancement packages, upgrades while following Global CAB processes.
• Develop functional specifications for ABAP programs.
• Interface with business users and analyze business processes and specify/configure application to efficiently support those needs.
• Participate on process improvement teams utilizing Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Participate in the resolution of production problems 24x7.
• Participate in defining and integrating other ERP modules including PP/APO, MM, SD, DP and BI.

Required Skills

• Strong business process and system analysis. Ability to recognize problems and implement solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning(IBP) concepts and transactions, particularly within the automotive and rail industries.
• Knowledge of SAP APO-PPDS and PP preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Automotive Solution desired.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related discipline.
• Extremely customer focused with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills to successfully team with software vendors, outsourcing partners and Bendix business and IT associates.
• Excellent communication skills: presentation, written, oral.
• Self-starter with perseverance and the creativity to overcome obstacles to achieve project objectives.
• Must be able to perform as an effective member in a team-oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude, and achieve desired results while working with minimal supervision.
• SAP Academy certification a plus.
• Participation in ASUG, Sapphire a plus.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of analytical experience, Minimum 3 years SAP IBP experience.
• Experience with implementing IBPI, APO-PPDS and PP within SAP.
• Experience in full-cycle implementation of SAP IBP.
• Experience in configuring SAP IBP modules
