2 SAP PP Consultants Needed (FTE or Contract to Hire)

Travel is going to be to clients throughout the world and will be close to 50% but we strive to have people home to their families for the weekend. They can work remote from home and don't have to come in the office every day, while they are in town.

Senior PP Consultant

Adding to our Supply Chain Practice we are looking for two Senior PP consultants.

The person will be responsible for implementing our RDS (Rapid Deployment) solutions and Consulting Services for automotive suppliers along with a team of consultants. This will include creating project plan, setting goals and timelines with the customer, ensuring the timely completion of the project with assistance from the team and managing the scope and customer expectations always during the project.

*** We create bolt-ons that work with SAP and this PP Functional Consultant will help the bolt-on interface with SAP-centered around PP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAP PP Configuration, functional design, data analysis and testing experience in SAP PP

Familiar with organizational units and structures

Understand all activities involved with logistics processing

Automotive and/or manufacturing experience

Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints

Help mentor new Consultants

Ensure the client takes advantage of best practices

Ensure the client is reference-able once the client is in production

Participate in update training and other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultants

Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status

Understand Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements

Complete the work assigned to you by the Engagement Manager within the budgeted time allocated

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS:

The ability to communicate successfully verbally and in writing with customers, end users and team members

3-5 years of professional experience working in the North American business environment

Actively involved in three full end-to-end SAP implementations

Involvement with IT project management

Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

Ability to manage expectations, project scope and assess client needs to suggest best possible solutions

Ability to create, manage, communicate and meet project timelines and goals

SAP experience including configuration and impact/integration to our other SAP modules

Business Process analysis and implementation of logistics concepts

Willingness to travel to client sites

Bachelor’s degree
