Contract: 1 Yr 5 Months

First shift position with flexible start time 6:00 am - 7:30 am

Education Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.

Experience Required:

1. 1 or more years of experience with the Order Fulfillment Process

2. 1 or more years of experience with SAP MM/IM/WM

3. Proven experience with data analysis and/or root cause analysis

4. Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution

Required Skills:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables)

2. Knowledge of factory processes and operations

3. Understanding of Deere Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time, Kanban, Demand Flow Technology

4. Experience working in a cross functional team

5. Detail orientated
