Immediate need for a SAP Trainer for a position in an Information Technology company. This is a Full time permanent job opportunity located at Hoffman Estates, IL. Please review the job description below:

SAP Trainer - This is the classroom trainer position. Will be traveling to client sites to train them on the Company’s software post implementation. 30-50% traveling. Before they were only looking for candidates specifically to SD module but now open to any trainer that has experience with any SAP module.

General Description
The SAP Trainer is responsible for conducting training sessions on the Company’s suite of products for new customers, existing customers, and internal customers. Courses are conducted at client facilities as well as the Company’s training facility. Additionally, the SAP Trainer will assist in the process of keeping all training material current with the newest software releases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train customers to improve their knowledge on the Company’s suite of products
• Teach formal and informal classes to varying audiences and skill levels on the business process and technical steps needed to implement and utilize the software at a Company’s facility, virtually, or at the customers location
• Develop and organize training materials, visual aids, and other educational materials for all Company’s products
• Ability and flexibility to adapt the training materials to sessions of varying lengths and audience sizes who possess varying skill sets
• Work closely with product management to update training materials and create delta classes as new releases of the software are rolled out
• Analyze training needs and develop strategies to improve courses and documentation
• Proactively manage, report, and troubleshoot issues that occur while training
• Handle related duties as assigned
• Travel required (30-50%)
