Job Purpose: To assume responsibility for programmatic support to include program management, customer/requirements workshops, design workshops, written documentation, communication, transition planning, and client/stakeholder engagement.

• Demonstrate expertise and knowledge relating to development and configuration of materials management and procurement.
• Demonstrate experience and knowledge relating to the development and configuration in the functional areas of order fulfillment, inventory management, warehouse management, supply chain management / planning, and supply master data.
• Determine critical interfaces, functionalities, and business processes within Navy ERP (SAP).
  • Demonstrate knowledge and / or experience of Navy ERP, requirements, dependencies, and impacts within SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP SCM and related modules.
• Resource and work planning.
• Demonstrate experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis design, development, documentation, test, implementation, and postproduction support.
• Assist and participate in the development and delivery of presentations and supporting documentation.
• Collect and provide project performance, quality assurance, reviews, operational analysis, and reporting. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and use best practices to implement changes.
