• Act as a functional consultant who is responsible for the overall coordination and execution of master data activities within the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. 
• Responsible for setting-up new companies in ERP, changing company names, closing and inactivating companies, reviewing and releasing internal orders, closing internal orders, setting-up profit centers and home cost centers, setting-up cost elements, creating new general ledger accounts, setting-up allocations and assessments, performing data cleansing and validations, testing master data changes, recommending master data solutions, monitoring SAP to and from the Maximo interfaces, and reviewing payroll posting errors by creating new activity types. 
• Responsible for trouble shooting and remediating master data issues identified in the field and within the Corporate Applications Enterprise Management Team. 
• Manages all aspects of master data including: planning with our business partners, working with members of ITS, obtaining and documenting requirements, scheduling changes, testing changes, and configuring / implementing changes. 
• Partners and facilitates meetings with the business and IT to gather requirements and drive solutions from design to deployment. 
• Performs master data cleansing exercises and validations during the month. 
• Communicates master data changes and status updates to team members, ITS and our business partners. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to work in the SAP FI and SAP CO module. 
• Proven ability to work with business partners to identify, document and articulate SAP ERP master data solutions. 
• Ability to manage their own work and facilitate requirements gathering meetings. 
• Ensure timely delivery of changes. 
• Ability to produce and analyze metrics. 

Required Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in an IT-related discipline & 4-plus year experience with SAP FICO. 
• Prefer a candidate who has prior experience setting-up master data.
