Candidate owns and support Sales promotions and program related meetings, reports, documentation, back office implementation in VC, Training to cross functional teams and support. 

Participates in the creation and maintenance of all aspects of variant configuration (VC) models within SAP variant configuration that codifies information about all IGT products, bill of materials and components to provide a completely accurate knowledge base utilized by all relevant cross functional departments. 

Responsible for timely delivery and support medium complexity Variant Configuration models.  Responsible for Help desk monitoring, process Serena inbound workflow ticket as applicable, research and solve issues as assigned. 

Responsible for analyzing and implementing Legends, switch panels, specific products like multi-player (MP) and other hardware (HW) engineering change orders (ECOs) as assigned. 

Supporting VC table loads as assigned. 

Responsible for monitoring monthly theme releases for domestic and international, look for accuracy of new themes loads. 

Responsible for any other VC related work as assigned. 

Learn and support projects systems and processes. 

Document and cross train other team members as required. 

Must have good understanding of processes, dependencies and workflows.

Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in SAP VC modeling and SAP 

Must have a good understanding of SAP software and in particular and order to cash processes in general. 

Have advanced basic ability to convert current logical/technologies into meaningful, easy business solutions 

 Bachelor’s degree preferred.
