The client is moving to a new phase of planning and analysis within their SAP HR system. The projects are moving along, and they are planning on FY20 for the new system to go live. They are in the process of replacing SAP system and moving to a client specific on cloud system. We need someone from Corporate Functions Engineering side of business
Best candidate will have:
Candidate MUST have experience with SAP-HR with success factors, + Employee Central Success Factors and Microsoft SAP HR. This person will be in project team helping the sponsor with data and system analytics. How are we processing the data today, and how we will do it in the future? Will work with payroll, benefits, bonus’, stock options, etc. Need to have experience with fundamental HR systems in the past and understand the broad scope of where we are at and where we need to go. Massive project and will keep us busy until FY20. Need to be an SAP expert and understand how it works and how it works at this client. Need to be able to help integrate the data from SAP to the new system. We manage more than 1 million transitions/month. Migration needs to be seamlessly.
Bonus for experience with Employee Central-Payroll is owned by SAP, but the client is building in within Azure.
If the candidate worked as System or Support Eng at SAP and understands large Data and how to migrate the data to another system, that experience is very relevant.
General Hub JD:
Interface with client on technical and/or project matters from project initiation through delivery. Create and maintain program/project schedules and status reports. Create the functional specifications and/or requirements or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented. Provide technical and/or analytical information and receive input and approval as required. Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
