- Minimum of 4-6 years experience implementing the SAP SuccessFactors HCM offering and/or specific modules – for this position specifically Integrations Center or Hana Cloud or SAP Middleware.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Well-developed communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze and convey business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents.
- Experience with testing and validation of configuration and defect-resolution and perform peer-reviews.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, time-management and project management skills.
- Experience with one or more full Life-Cycle Implementations of SuccessFactors.
- SuccessFactors certifications in one or more modules.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or off-set by additional years of work experience.
- HR, Payroll or Project Management certifications.
- History of successful implementations of one or more of the following SuccessFactors Modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing, Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Career Development and Payroll.
- Familiarity with: Boomi, Hanna Cloud Integrations, SuccessFactors integration center and other SuccessFactors middleware
