BASIC PURPOSE: Responsibility for optimization of systems and processes throughout their lifecycles from Analysis through Design, Implementation, Execution and Innovation and support.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn and support Love’s implementation of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) related processes and solutions
• Ability to perform configuration, debugging and enhancement design for solutions, including SAP ECC
• Understand integration points between WM  and other SAP modules and external solutions (including SD, FICO, MM, TM)
• Elicit, communicate and manage solution requirements
• Work with business resources to understand needs, document solution requirements and coordinate with technical team to solution design
• Collaborate with other team resources in related functional areas to deliver solutions (Finance to Manage, Order to Cash, Transportation, Procure to Pay) and technical teams (Basis, Security, Development, Integration)
• Understand technical architecture and use of solutions such as Process Orchestrator, Gateway, Cronacle and Fiori
• Provide assessment of solution options with associated business and technology impact, along with estimates for delivery
• Work with IT and busienss resources to perform testing of solutions, including preparation of test scenarios and scripts
• Log issues and maintain status in issue tracking system for prioritizng work and reporting status
• Create transports to enable solution changes in SAP using Charm
• Analyze and document as-is processes and systems, determine gaps and define to-be processes and systems
• Assess break/fix, maintenance and enhancement requests for feasibility and scope of solution
• Quickly understand business needs and translate that understanding into solutions, including identifying opportunities for process and system performance
• Other duties assigned as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience:
  • 8+ years directly related experience designing, implementing and supporting SAP WM, MM and IM processes and solutions to be considered for senior level position
  • Minimum of 3 years in an analytical capacity designing/configuring SAP, ERP or other IT solutions to be considered for junior level position
  • Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution, SAP Transportation Management  and Vertex preferred
  • Experience with Fiori preferred

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Skills:
  • Business systems analysis skills
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, Fiori applications, OpenText VIM, ITSM/Charm, Business Intelligence, data warehousing, application and design integration, SOA, ABAP, web services and workflow/process automation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools, including MS Visio
  • Knowledge of Winshuttle or LSMW
  • Strong Problem assessment/analytical skills
  • Capable of creative solutioning and thinking outside of standard processes and system design
  • Ability to work within resource and time constraints
  • Ability to manage 200+ emails per day
  • Ability to manage numerous competing demands
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discern correct messaging content for the audience

  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
  • Travel required up to 25%
